The hydraulic unit

It is made up of several elements including:

• Pressure accumulators which are pressurized gas reservoirs used to provide a large flow rate for a fairly short time.
• Solenoid valves that are used to limit the brake pressure for each wheel.
• A hydraulic pump that locks the brake pedal so that it does not depress.

The ECU

It receives information that emanates from each of the wheel sensors.

The hydraulic motor

This is an organ that transforms a flow rate into a rotational speed and a pressure into an operating torque. The motor's rotational speed is proportional to the flow rate that feeds it.
