The hydraulic unit

• Solenoid valves that control the braking pressure of each wheel.
• Pressure accumulators which are none other than pressurized gas tanks used to provide a large flow rate for a fairly short time.

The ECU

As soon as a wheel tends to lock up, it controls the solenoid valves and the hydraulic pump.
